At SITS, I connect people with technology through collaboration and hands-on problem-solving. What keeps me engaged is working on projects that go beyond technical delivery, ones that actually improve how people work and create real value for clients.
Since 2017, I've been part of a team that takes reliability and accountability seriously. The work is often complex and demanding, but that's what makes it rewarding. There's real satisfaction in keeping systems running, resolving issues fast, and giving clients confidence in their technology.
I joined in 2023 with experience in only a few areas. From the start, I was given real responsibilities rather than small tasks, and that early trust mattered. Strong guidance from the team gave me the confidence to grow quickly, technically and professionally.
I started in 2012 as a field technician and worked my way up to leading Warehouse and Distribution. The progression came through consistent effort, adaptability, and taking on new responsibilities as they came. What's made it worthwhile is working with people who hold high standards without taking themselves too seriously.
I joined without expecting much beyond doing my job. Over time it became something more, a place to grow, take on new challenges, and earn trust. The colleagues I've worked with have been some of the best I've encountered, and the relationships along the way have had a lasting impact.
